As we transition from a decentralised model to a co-led, partnership approach, IT will evolve into a Technology Centre of Excellence acting as a strategic digital enabler. This model ensures the right expertise is applied at the right time, reduces complexity, increases agility and empowers teams to innovate. IT’s involvement will scale with the complexity of initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, utilisation of technology investments and better business outcomes • Customer-centric design We will actively involve our customers early and throughout the design process to ensure the solutions we deliver are tailored to their real needs. By embedding co-design practices, we will collaborate directly with the people who use our services — ensuring that what we create is both fit for purpose and fit for use.
