Tip passes City ratepayers receive tip passes in their annual rates notice. Tip passes can be combined with cash or eftpos payments if the delivered weight exceeds the tip passes provided. Fees apply after all tip passes have been used. Tip passes are provided on an annual basis for residential use only and are non-transferable. Tip pass usage: • Proof of address and a valid tip pass must be presented on entry to the Recycling Centre • Expired tip passes will not be accepted • Tip passes should be stored safely as they cannot be reprinted. If you reside in a multi-unit dwelling, please contact your strata manager to obtain valid tip passes. The Recycle Shop The City of Stirling’s recycling shop is located at the Recycling Centre Balcatta (RCB) and sells a wide range of previously loved items at a discounted price. All items are in great condition and reselling them means that they won’t end up in landfill. The Recycle Shop has an on-site café with coffee and snacks to purchase and enjoy while you browse. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4.00pm, Sundays 8.00am – 4.00pm Balcatta Recycling Shop 238 Balcatta Road, Balcatta WA 6021 (08) 9445 6591 Watering days Visit www.watercorporation.com.au/save-water/watering-days to find your watering days. Watering rosters are in place to reduce water use. No matter the time of year or where you live, please follow your watering roster. While it is prohibited to use your irrigation outside of your designated watering days, you may still hand water your garden.
