Asset renewal funding ratio 6 The asset renewal funding ratio is a measure of the ability of the City to fund its projected asset renewals/ replacements in the future. The asset renewal funding ratio is the ratio of the net present value of asset renewal funding planned over a 10-year period in the Long-Term Financial Plan, relative to the net present value of projected capital renewal expenditures identified for the same period.
The indicative target is between 90 per cent and 100 per cent.
Pathway renewal funding for pathways in road reserves and PAWs only has been included in this table.
