Rates Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 1. All City of Stirling ratepayers who pay their rates in full by 5pm Western Standard Time, 21 August 2019, will be eligible for the Rates Incentive Prize Draw. 2. Twenty three eligible ratepayers will be randomly shortlisted by computer selection, using the City’s integrated rates database. 3. These 23 shortlisted ratepayers will be notified by mail and invited to attend the Rates Prize Draw Function on Wednesday 2 October 2019, held at the City of Stirling’s Reception Hall, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.

4. Upon registering at the Rates Prize Draw function, the 23 shortlisted ratepayers will be asked to randomly select an envelope from a prize barrel. This will determine the order in which they are invited on stage to draw their prize. 5. Shortlisted ratepayers who do not attend the prize draw will receive the remaining prizes. 6. Prizes are not negotiable and may only be transferred in agreement with the sponsor. 7. Pictures are for promotional use only and may not be the actual item. 8.
